The beautiful family room looks like it needs some love. The rug looks cheap. furniture seemed pretty worn down i thought.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff showed kindness at every turn. My partner and I felt very happy with our room. The hotel is in a central and vibrant location. The room was spacious with a soft king-sized bed that featured soft cotton sheets.
I found the minibar fridge to be empty.

the location was excellent. i was near green park tube station, really convenient (i love a good tube ride!). the breakfast was also nice, with a good selection of items.
My room had some issues. the door let in a lot of light from the corridor at night, hard to sleep. also, i found the room was noisy. I could easily hear sounds from the hallway.

the location proved convenient. the restaurant also offered a satisfying experience. i found the staff to be generally friendly and helpful .
My room felt somewhat basic for the price. the blinds also showed signs of age. i found the absence of readily available bottled water in the room inconvenient. I had to request it, and it was not replenished the following day.
