worn down furniture cheap rug
the location is good with easy access to the city, so its acceptable.
The beautiful family room looks like it needs some love. The rug looks cheap. furniture seemed pretty worn down i thought.

The breakfast was delicious and the staff showed kindness at every turn. My partner and I felt very happy with our room. The hotel is in a central and vibrant location. The room was spacious with a soft king-sized bed that featured soft cotton sheets.
I found the minibar fridge to be empty.

The front desk staff offered a warm welcome. The concierge and doormen were polite and helpful. The advisors were polite during check-in and check-out.

my collection premium room had a king bed, it features soft linens. the bathroom included separate sink and rainfall shower. i found nespresso machine with varied capsules there. staff was helpful with local direction.

professional staff modern amenities diverse selection easy access
i appreciated the smooth check-in process and the professional staff. the room had modern amenities including a large flat-screen television. the breakfast buffet offered a diverse selection of hot and cold items. the location was very convenient with easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions.
the minibar prices were a bit high.

convenient location green park nice selection light entrance room door hallway sounds
the location was excellent. i was near green park tube station, really convenient (i love a good tube ride!). the breakfast was also nice, with a good selection of items.
My room had some issues. the door let in a lot of light from the corridor at night, hard to sleep. also, i found the room was noisy. I could easily hear sounds from the hallway.

convenient location satisfying restaurant basic room old blinds
the location proved convenient. the restaurant also offered a satisfying experience. i found the staff to be generally friendly and helpful .
My room felt somewhat basic for the price. the blinds also showed signs of age. i found the absence of readily available bottled water in the room inconvenient. I had to request it, and it was not replenished the following day.
